The Lodge and Highfield Surgeries and Redbourn Health Centre aim to provide you with the best possible service within our available resources. We welcome feedback and have a Patient Participation Group who are regularly asked for their views on the Practice.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received then we would want to look into the matter further and, where appropriate, improve our care and put right any problems. Below is our Practice Complaints Procedure which details how formal complaints will be investigated and responded to. This demonstrates our commitment to taking complaints seriously and gives further information on your rights as a patient or carer.
