Miss Jenny Simmons is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Practice, for the conduct and training of staff as well as implementing the various services and procedures within the Practice. There is a team of reception, secretarial and administration staff who are dedicated to assist the Practice to deliver an excellent patient care.

The Health Visitors are qualified nurses with further qualifications and experiences to give advice on all aspects of family health, including baby and child-care and postnatal support. They are notified of all newborn babies and new patients under the age of five.
Mrs Diana Walters is attached to our Highfield Surgery to provide help with emotional or psychological problems such as anxiety, depression or relationship difficulties. Referrals are made after consultation with a doctor.
Care during and after pregnancy is provided by our midwife, Mrs Louise Fletcher.
The District Nursing Service is for people who are totally housebound and need nursing care at home, nursing services to the elderly and those recently discharged from hospital. Referrals are made through consultations with doctors or practice nurses.
