Important Update: Meet EMMA

 

We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience with our practice, particularly during the busy 8am period when many patients are trying to contact us.

We are currently in the soft-launch phase of EMMA, our new virtual receptionist, introduced to help us manage high call volumes more smoothly. This means that when you phone the practice, your call may be answered by EMMA, who will guide you through your enquiry and make sure it reaches the right place.

We are pleased to confirm that EMMA’s official launch date is Thursday 8 January 2026.

EMMA works alongside our reception team, and at times your call may still be answered directly by a member of staff.

What EMMA Does:

  • Answers your calls promptly and with care
  • Helps you complete eConsult forms
  • Directs your query to the appropriate clinician or administrative team
  • Helps reduce long waiting and queue times

This is part of our commitment to making it easier for you to contact the practice and access the care and support you need, while allowing our team to spend more time helping patients.
