Registering Your Child at the Practice
Key Information
- The Goal: To register your child so they can access our services as quickly as possible.
- The Concept: Think of this as adding a “plus-one” to your membership.
- The Golden Rule: At least one parent or guardian must already be registered at the practice before registering a child under 16.
The Registration Process
The process is simple when completed in the correct order:
- Step 1: Register Yourself First
If you are not yet a patient, complete your own registration and wait for confirmation via text message. - Step 2: Register Your Child
Once you are registered, complete a separate registration form for your child via our website. - Step 3: Await Confirmation
You will receive a text message once your child’s registration has been processed.
What Happens Next?
If you are already registered with us, you can go ahead and complete your child’s registration form now.
