How to Register Temporarily
The process is simple, but there is one key step:
- Find the Registration Page: Go to our website and locate the patient registration section.
- Select the Right Form: Choose the “Temporary” registration option (not permanent).
Special Note for University Students
Please make sure your addresses are entered correctly:
- Home Address: Your university address.
- Temporary Address: The address where you are currently staying locally.
This helps us process your registration quickly.
What Happens Next?
Temporary registrations are processed by our admin team at the surgery.
Once complete, you will receive a text message confirming that you are registered and can access our services.
