System Outage

 

We are currently having a problem with our patient record system. This is affecting many local GP surgeries.

Because of this, we cannot:

  • Access your records
  • Book or change appointments
  • Print blood test forms
  • View your medical information

Our eConsult system is also affected, so we may not be able to complete your request straight away. There will be delays for the rest of today. Please be patient while our clinical and admin teams work through all enquiries once the system is back up.

You can still send an eConsult. However, if your request is not urgent, please wait until the problem is fixed. This will help us support patients who need same-day advice.

There may also be delays in issuing prescriptions.
